Terms of Service
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms govern your use of vmonitor. Please read them before you enrol devices — section 03 in particular sets out your responsibility for the machines you connect.
01Who you are contracting with
vmonitor is a hosted remote device management service provided by Future Vision, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Future Vision”, “we”, “us”). These terms form the agreement between Future Vision and the person or organisation that creates a vmonitor account (“you”).
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you are signing up on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to bind it to these terms.
02The service
vmonitor lets you enrol devices you own or administer and then reach them from a browser: remote desktop, terminal, file transfer, power control and hardware inventory. Access works through an agent that you install on each device and that connects outbound to our servers.
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee or a service credit scheme. If you need one, contact us before subscribing.
03Your responsibility for the devices you enrol
You may only enrol devices that you own, or that you are authorised by the owner to administer. You are responsible for telling the people who use those devices that remote access, session recording and inventory collection are in place, and for obtaining any consent the law requires where they are.
Remote access to a computer without the owner’s authorisation is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions, including the UAE. Accounts used that way are terminated without refund and, where we are required to, reported.
04Accounts and security
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by sub-users you create.
- Keep your password confidential. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which the service supports.
- Device group invite links are bearer credentials: anyone holding one can enrol a machine into that group until it expires. Treat them accordingly.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
05Trial, plans and payment
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required and the trial is limited to 5 devices in 1 device group.
- Paid plans are AED 375 per month or AED 3,750 per year, in each case excluding 5% VAT, and include up to 50 devices with unlimited device groups.
- Payment is collected by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect for you.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where UAE law requires otherwise.
06What happens when a trial ends or a subscription stops
When a trial ends without a subscription, you can still sign in but every device feature is disabled until you subscribe. Your devices, groups and settings are kept for a further 7 days so that subscribing restores everything exactly as it was. After that period an account that has never subscribed is deleted along with the device groups it solely owned.
If a subscription is cancelled or lapses, access is disabled in the same way, but the account and its data are not deleted automatically — contact us to have it removed or reinstated.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
07Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to gain or assist unauthorised access to any system.
- Do not use it to distribute malware, run attacks, or relay traffic in order to conceal its origin.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent device or account limits, or probe the infrastructure of other customers.
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties as your own without a written agreement with us.
08Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment fails and is not resolved. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right.
You may close your account at any time from the console. Closing it removes your account and the device groups it solely owns.
09Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Future Vision is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data that you could reasonably have backed up yourself; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
The service is a management tool, not a backup service. Keep your own backups of anything on your devices that matters.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email to the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
11Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the emirate in which Future Vision is registered have exclusive jurisdiction.
